Send a "Shout" to the Troops

Make sure you have your Mic hooked up, ACCEPT the installation of a couple of simple files onto your computer.

Record your "Shout" by clicking the "Record" button, Click "Stop" when done

Type a file name, making sure the .mp3 is there (EXAMPLE: shout.mp3). Click the "Upload" button when done and that is it!.
